Return Policy

  1. INTRODUCTION

    Your satisfaction is our number one priority at 247Pharmacy.net. It is our goal to increase customer satisfaction and give our customers a feeling of security. Most sellers on 247pharmacy.net offer returns. This return policy governs return and exchange of products purchased on 247 Pharmacy.net. It also states when we will not accept returns, exchange or issue refunds.

  2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    Most sellers on 247Pharmacy.net offer returns for all products provided products are returned to the courier (delivery person) after inspection at the point of delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition with their original packaging and seal intact where applicable. All return requests must be made after inspection and items returned to the courier (delivery person) at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of their order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and 247Pharmacy will not accept any returns. We therefore urge customers to carefully check and confirm the accuracy of their order with the courier (delivery person) before acknowledging receipt by signing. We will accept return of items bought from 247Pharmacy.net for all product categories within the returns period only for the following reasons listed below:

    • I changed my mind
    • Item received expired
    • Item received is different from item ordered
    • Damaged packaging
    • Item received with missing parts

    Please take note that we do not accept returns for any reason whatsoever after the return period has lapsed. All undesired items must be returned to the courier (delivery person) at the point of delivery.

  3. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

    Items on all product categories can be returned within the returns period.

  4. REFUNDS

    Upon acceptance of the return of an item, we will refund the purchase price and cost of delivery to your wallet within 48 hours. If you order but do not receive an item within 48 hours, we will refund the purchase and delivery price to your wallet within 48 hours of notification. However, if the return is not as a result of any error or omission by 247Pharmacy, you shall bear the cost of delivery and will not receive any refund of the delivery fee.

  5. REJECTED RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS

    Return requests for any item not returned to the courier (delivery person) after inspection at the point of delivery shall not be approved by 247Pharmacy; customers shall not receive any refund of the purchase price or delivery fee.

  6. NO EXCHANGE

    We do not offer exchanges. A customer who desires a different item will return the undesired item to the courier (delivery person) at the point of delivery and place a new order.
