USE
Silver sulfadiazine is indicated particularly for the treatment and prophylaxis of burn infections in second and third degree burned patients. Silver sulfadiazine has also been used in other skin conditions, such as leg ulcers, where infection may prevent healing and for the prophylaxis of infection in skin grafting
Dermeze Cream may cause a few side effects such as itchiness, redness, and burning sensation at the application site. If these side effects do not improve with time or worsen, inform your doctor. In case of any allergic reactions, it is advised to call for immediate medical help.
PRECAUTION
Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to iodoquinol or hydrocortisone; or to other 8-hydroxyquinolines (such as clioquinol); or to other corticosteroids (such as triamcinolone); or to iodine; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
