Description
It provides short acting (four hours) bronchodilation in reversible airways obstruction due to asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema. For patients with asthma salbutamol may be used to relieve symptoms when they occur and to prevent them prior to a known trigger.
SIDE EFFECTS
- chest pain, fast or pounding heartbeats;
- dizziness;
- upset stomach, vomiting;
- painful urination;
- feeling shaky or nervous;
- headache, back pain, body aches; or.
- cough, sore throat, sinus pain, runny or stuffy nose.
